The Bridgetown District Scout Council oversees Scouting in the parish of St. Michael.
There are 32 registered Scout Groups in the Bridgetown District comprising 9 Beaver Colonies, 24 Cub Packs, 8 Scouts Troops and 6 Venture Scout Units. The District has 1,052 registered members - 161 Beaver Scouts, 567 Cub Scouts, 81 Scouts, 18 Venture Scouts, and 225 Leaders, Commissioners and Administrators.
The District is administered by a management team which is presently headed by Mr. Lionel Weekes, District Chairman, and Mrs. Sonia A. Jones, District Commissioner.
