- Create a menu for a three-course meal for between two – four people to include the following menu items:
- two cooked dishes;
- a cake or pastry dish;
- two sauces such as Mornay, apple, curry, mustard, parsley, chocolate, custard etc.
- Cook and serve this menu, demonstrating the necessary preparation and serving skills.
- Plan a full balanced menu for a small group of Scouts for at least one weekend. Discuss the choices made, assuming full kitchen facilities are available.
